About Aylin Yener
Aylin Yener is the Roy and Lois Chope Chair in Engineering, Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, Professor of Integrated Systems and Engineering at The Ohio State University. She is serving on the Board of Directors of the IEEE and is the Director of Division IX consisting of seven IEEE societies several of which engage in Spectrum Research. Her research focus includes several pillars of spectrum sharing 6G networked systems, integrated sensing and communications, machine learning native edge networks, and semantic communications. She is a fellow of the AAAS, IEEE, AAIA, AIIA, a member of the Science Academy of Turkey, and is the recipient of several technical awards including the IEEE Communication Society Technical Achievement award.
