Abstract
The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame collaborates with SpectrumX to assess the applicability of researchers' wireless and 5G technologies for industry needs. Through interviews, experts in the spectrum area, particularly 5G and wireless technologies, have identified key challenges such as hardware limitations, interference issues, and spectrum allocation difficulties. They have proposed solutions including advanced hardware development, interference mitigation algorithms, and strategic spectrum deployment.
